The journey of coffee from an Amazonian forest to the quality espresso that you just got here at Olivo is too long and with too many important stops to describe here. Every step is absolutely essential for this trip to be memorable, as we want it.

The journey starts at the high altitude of over 1 km where single origin coffee is grown, going through the picking, careful roasting, special valve packaging, controlled milling (up to 3 minutes before serving), to the choice of espresso drink and, last but not least, to the man on the buttons. A quality coffee is a gift from heaven, just as a good barista is irreplaceable. Only a dedicated barista feels the ideal combination of the type of coffee bean, the cooking time, and the ideal dilution for every item on our menu.
